A. Adjustments to prices will go into effect July 3, 2012. Up until this date, you will have the opportunity to purchase or renew at the current rate.

A. As a TIFF Member, your contribution plays an integral role in the ongoing evolution of TIFF. Your support allows us to continue to present innovative and original programming, including major exhibitions, learning programmes for youth and adults, school workshops, screenings, on-stage conversations, and so much more.

These changes will allow us to continue to present the kind of high-quality programming you have come to enjoy and expect now in our year-round home, TIFF Bell Lighbox, with the added membership benefits you know and love.

Over the last few months, we've been working hard to further enhance these benefits: introducing a newly designed Members section on tiff.net to keep you in the know on special Member offers and events, as well as a new ticketing system designed to improve your online buying experience. We've also removed the service fee on any purchases you make using your Member discount — that's savings you'll see in your wallet.

A. Your increased support through these pricing changes will allow us to continue to present the kind of high quality programming you have come to enjoy and expect now in our home, TIFF Bell Lightbox.

The impact of your contribution is visible throughout TIFF Bell Lightbox. As a year-round destination, TIFF Bell Lightbox is home to a unique blend of galleries, studios, cinemas and event spaces. Through our growing community of members and supporters, TIFF populates its space with innovative and original programming, including major exhibitions, learning programmes for youth and adults, school workshops, family drop-in activities, screenings, on-stage conversations and so much more.

A. If you are a Contributor or Principal Member, you will see an adjustment in your tax receipt. Beginning July 3, Contributor Members will now receive a charitable tax receipt of $250 (previously $150) and Principal will receive $365 (previously $335).

For all Members: all of your other benefits will remain the same. A. Yes. You can renew or upgrade your membership — or purchase a new one — at the old rate until July 2, 2012.

Members can renew in advance for one additional year, on top of their current Membership. If you renew early, your expiry month will remain the same.

A. If you just renewed your membership with us, you can renew again early and lock-in your current rate for an additional year. You have until July 3, 2012 to renew at the current rates.

If you renew early, your membership expiry will extend by an additional year. Your month of expiry will remain the same.

A. Yes. As a TIFF Member you can renew your membership in a different category and lock-in the current rate for another year. You can renew at the old rates until July 2, 2012.

A. It will be one year from your current expiry date. Example: If your current expiry date is Sept. 30, 2012, but you renew your membership on June 20 at the current rate, your new expiry will be Sept. 30, 2013. When you renew in September 2013, you will be required to pay the new rate.
