Senior Manager, Adult Learning

The Senior Manager of Adult Learning will be responsible for managing the complex external partnerships and growing internal demands for TIFF’s year-round high-profile guests. Under the guidance of the Director, Adult Learning, this position will be charged with creating a guest strategy for procuring programming partnerships for high profile live guest events that fulfill the curatorial standards of the organization, as well as provide curatorial input to revenue generating opportunities and potential digital extensions of TIFF’s year-round local programmes.

Business Analyst – Event & Digital Asset Mgmt

Reporting to the Manager, Business Analysis, the Business Analyst – Event & Digital Asset Management Systems acts as the subject matter expert for TIFF’s programming and production processes and TIFF’s event management system, Artifax, as well as TIFF’s digital asset management system, Piction, providing extensive training and user support. Applies skills and knowledge in business requirements analysis and application testing to propose business solutions and automated reports.

Manager, Box Office & Call Centre

The Manager, Ticketing Services will report directly to the Senior Manager, Ticketing Services and will have Assistant Managers, Part Time Supervisors and Ticketing Agents from the Box Office and Call Centre reporting to them. Primary responsibilities include managing the day to day operation of the TBLB Box Office and Call Centre and ensuring exemplary service, ensuring daily reconciliations and reporting are prepared and balanced, managing correspondence through the customer relations email and ensuring all bookings are processed for our group sales and school programmes initiatives.
