We were blown away at how Midnight Madness audiences turned out in full force and embraced the wackiness of Matsumoto's DAINIPPONJIN

Maybe I sold it well in the note that I wrote for the guide book or maybe the posting about the mysterious enigma that is Matsumoto-san that I did caught their attention, but either way, that was one BIG monstrous crowd that snaked along the sidewalk leading to The Ryerson.

We had no star or director present, but the intro and prologue became a little personal hello from Toronto to Matsumoto!

And since thus got posted on YouTube on just over a month ago, there have been almost 2000 views and that is not even with any promotion or postings about the video anywhere online!

For those who missed it, American distrib company Magnolia has set up a genre division and one of their grand plans is to unleash Matsumoto's giant terror upon North America! Stay tuned!
